Anybody else really hear what Dave Clawson (Wake HC) was saying with his comments

Haven't seen it talked about. Thought Neal might mention a what he said what he meant take but never saw it.
It's the first I've seen of what is coming. CFB is splitting in half (not technically probably more like 75-25). Everybody has been speculating about it. Clawson and Wake made the first move last week. Kiffin's comments helped clear it up also.
