Back and neck pain from golf

I’ve been playing almost daily, and having horrible neck and shoulder impingement issues. I took a couple of days off, played 18 yesterday and had the same issues.

I get regular massages, but have some reservations about going to a chiropractor.

Anyone have any therapeutic advice?
