Stadium is fine and the 8th oldest in the country. Full rebuild would be irresponsible. Add an upper deck above the student section to replace the displaced NEZ, GA seats, wrap the upper deck on both sides of the Press Box. Redo the hideous east side suites to match SEZ. Would bring the capacity to about 80k and solve the noise issues.
