Cut Ross some slack. He said Ross was very aware OM had to fall on its sword somewhat and not protest too much with the NCAA during the investigation. For the long term good of OM. He claims there was serious talk/rumors of kicking us out of the SEC if we made a stand and fought back too much. News to me! He also said that there was definitely one school who he wouldn't name- that made the SEC aware that if they did kick us out they would pay ANY amount to fill their spot. Any amount. OM and RB knew about it and it freaked them out and led to them being a good soldier and taking the hit for the long term good of OM in the SEC.
