The more and more I think about, Im starting to really like the way that Freeze is handling media relations.

It started with the players he brought (or chose not to bring) to SEC media day. Limiting the amount of press our "Big five" (Treadwell, Nkemidiche, Conner, Tunsil, Engram) get could be a very good thing for not only those select few, but the entire team. These guys are most likely going to leave for the draft this next year and keeping them out of the spot light preseason could be a very good thing for their heads.

Also, I understand why people are upset about the limited coverage of fall camp. But, one thing that really caught my attention is when Freeze explained how he wanted to be able to coach Chad Kelley while he is on the field without some person he doesn't know being able to hear him. This could produce much more productivity not only for the QB's, but the entire team. When practice is open, players get distracted. When practice is closed, players have one thing to focus on. Football.

Freeze is doing good things. And if that means I have limited coverage for the next 24 days, I can live with that.
