I know for a period of time he was absolutely dominant, but he didn't have enough of a career to be a sure hall of famer right?

He played 11 years, only 8 of those did he really play. He threw for over 400 yards just once, and threw for 25 or more touchdowns just once as well. Oh, but his rushing you say? Well, in all but three years he still has under 30 total touchdowns, and under 4000 total yards. He also has a career completion percentage of 59.9%.

He had that incredible 2015 MVP year and his outstanding rookie year, but other than that he only made one other pro-bowl. His teams had a winning record just three times.

He's a Panthers ring of honor guy, he's one of the most talented guys to have played on a football field. He's not a hall of famer.
