This might be a local thing but there are car washes popping up everywhere in bham. Like you can stand on top of one and see another. They are rarely ever busy. Is this a money laundering scheme or is it like gym memberships where people are signing up but rarely using? Anyone else notice them everywhere?Thoughts?
