How many of you have switched careers in your lifetime?
Did you take a pay cut at first since you are maybe coming into a new field? Was the switch difficult?
I've been in the defense industry as an engineer for 6 years and am looking to get into something where I can use my people skills more while still using my engineering degree to my leverage
The every day corporate lifestyle is just not for me anymore and it's gotten quite old
