I have been following OM baseball since 2001 when I was a student and this topic might be the most talked about year over year in regards to OM baseball under Mike (other than leaving pitchers in too long).
It never fails that his teams are feast or famine at the plate and their approach is just not good. I can remember even talking to some scouts 10+ years ago and they said the same thing. The only time in his tenure that I can remember a change in their approach was when Cliff was here 2012-2014.
Would like your thoughts on this.
