Thinking about a future with revenue sharing and all that comes with the value being more with the players than the coaches, I was thinking about how that impacts coaching offers going forward.
Are we currently at a peak?
If so, I know we talk about other programs trying to poach Beard or Kiffin going forward. Legitimate question, but are we in an odd environment where no school would be willing to match their current contracts?
Maybe I’m wrong, but I do wonder if we end up in a weird spot where coaching movement is limited to significant upgrades in opportunity, since salaries may be suppressed.
