At the risk of being labeled juvenile, despite my age, since RG often engages in TV recommendations, I thought I would mention this one since I have not seen it discussed here. The last five episodes of Cobra Kai just dropped on Netflix and I thought it was incredible. It was the exact opposite of GOT where I loved everything up and until the last season and absolutely hated the ending. In this case, the writers did an awesome job of wrapping up every single storyline.
The show ended up far surpassing the original movies and, if you have the time and any appreciation for the source material, I highly recommend binging it. I have already watched the last 5 episodes twice and I am utterly amazed how much they did with an 80s movie franchise. Yeah, I realize it’s not overly deep, but I found it to be not just nostalgic, but a whole lot of fun.
