In 2 weeks I am going tent camping with my son and his Cub Scout den. I use a ResMed Airsense 10 CPAP machine. Last year on a single overnight, I had a battery backup. I plugged into the A/C adapter. It died after 4-5 hours. I returned it and got my money back since it didn’t last the whole night.

What do some of you do? I saw that if you pull power through a DC adapter, it draws less and won’t kill your battery. Is that true?
