Croatia/Dalmatian Coast recs

Anyone have any recommendations for us on a trip to Croatia this summer. We are thinking about doing Split, Havr, Dubrovnik but looking for any ideas on where to go and what is a must see.

Restaurants, excursions, etc.

We are considering renting a boat for 3/4 days and island hopping.
