at concession stand?
I have Never complained about having to stand or wait in line at concession stand. But This week at the concession stand on the 2nd level--Section O, P Q area...the wait was totally unacceptable.
It was literally dozens of us just standing--(one line in particular). They had NO system, No organization and apparently No sense of urgency. I emailed the folks this morning with the Really slow worker's badge number.
