I believe he is prosecuting because he is being told by higher up Democrats in the Biden Administration. Likely DOJ or FBI. They want Trump indicted without getting Biden’s hands dirty.

If a Republican wins the ‘24 election, a very difficult task with so much propaganda, disinformation from the press and government agencies using their power to cover for their guy and manufacture false stories on the other guy, then he should fire the top 25% of the DOJ, FBI, EPA, DOT and WH employees. Otherwise the corruption will continue and we will see another president’s Administration be sabotaged by the enemy within,
