Does Ibogaine have a legitimate chance

Of ever getting approved? Listed to a bit of the Rick Perry/Rogan pod and thought I’d throw a little money at it if there was a way to invest somewhere…but reading up on it, it kind've sounds like it will never get approved. Anyone have any thoughts on it?
