CJ Hester got the first impression and spent a lot of time with Golding and Brown in the process. He "most likely" will return to Oxford for an official visit as OM makes a play for him. An early commitment surrounding his birthday on May 17 was the plan, but programs like Ole Miss coming in has him more hesitant. It will likely become a summer decision window.
"With me just meeting with the coaches one on one and just talking about how I would get used in their system and how they can develop me into a pro ready player," Hester told Rivals. "That I would have the resources that I would need to be the best I can be and how real they said me down and told me what they are all about. They see me as being versatile by playing safety/corner.
"We really click very well and were talking about if I come here how they got a plan for me...it was a great time talking ball with them as well."
