Got there about 15 to 4:00. Stood under one of the tents at the gate when it started pouring rain. At 4, instead of beginning to scan tickets under the tents and sending ppl through, they had me walk into the rain and try to hold my phone up (in the rain) and scan it with their machine. It wouldn’t work, so I stood there and got thoroughly soaked for no reason until it finally worked.
