Yesterday afternoon, I pulled up to the land I lease from a timber company to find several log trucks loaded down with timber. They are thinning a 200 acre portion of the pines in the center of my lease. I talked to the boss man and they will be there for 7 more weeks weather permitting. I know the timber company has the right to do that whenever they can, but the timing couldn’t have screwed me any more with all my Christmas vacation coming up.
Also, I know..terrible time to try to find another place, but still going to try.
Anyone have a place, or know of a place around central MS that’s not being hunted/open to a bow hunter in need?
