Does anybody remember at the end of the first half we had the last shot and a foul was called on SC? It was clearly before the horn but they just waved it off. I believe the announcers even said officials don't really call fouls at the end of halves so I like that they waved it off.
Also, isn't the timing of a foul when the refs hand goes up (or is it the whistle?) it seems like snoops "foul" was not called until after the buzzer. It was certainly later than the first half no-call.
