Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze was on the SEC coaches teleconference this morning. Freeze declined to get into details about the fundraising efforts regarding the north end zone, deferring those questions to Bjork. ...Freeze said the expansion of the stadium was not a priority compared to the other capital improvements made for the program. ...He was asked about speaking in Montgomery tomorrow. Beats me. Essentially said he wants to recruit that area. ...Freeze said he doesn't necessarily expect the departure of the quarterbacks around the league to mean the quality of play to decrease, though he expects it will take some time for league to "rebuild." ...Freeze said Bo Wallace has to continue to take care of the ball, but he's hopeful he'll have a complete senior season and is worthy of All-SEC consideration. ...Freeze said he always wants to play one Big 5 opponent, one I-AA and two mid-major teams in the non-league slate. ...Freeze said he favored a 6-0-2 approach to SEC scheduling, but he definitely wanted to stay at eight games in league play. ...Freeze said he thinks SEC teams beat each other up enough, adding a ninth game would've hurt national title hopes for the league.
