Here's the thread from earlier in the week. There's a lot there.

The live period (meaning, on-campus visits) goes through Sunday. There's a quiet period starting Monday, though there will likely be activity through the week, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Ole Miss departs for Jacksonville on Dec. 29.

Penn State quarterback Beau Pribula is expected in town today. He visited UCF yesterday. Missouri is also very much on his radar, as Pribula was in Columbia earlier this week. The Tigers had targeted Miller Moss, but lost on him to Louisville. They entertained California quarterback Fernando Mendoza late this week. Mendoza is also looking at North Carolina. Iowa has made Pribula a priority but the Hawkeyes are freshly burned from the Cade McNamara disaster. Pribula wants to start -- he left Penn State when Drew Allar announced he was returning in 2025 -- so I'm not sure where Ole Miss stands. However, he promised to make the visit and apparently will.

Alabama running back Justice Haynes is visiting South Carolina today. There are rumors he's got a seven-figure offer on the table, but I'm not buying it. I suspect that's agent-related talk. That said, former Alabama wide receiver Kendrick Law is getting $700,000 per year to transfer to Kentucky, so at this point, nothing is unbelievable. I believe ULM running back Ahmad Hardy got close to $750,000 from Missouri, so the market is quite robust.

If Ole Miss loses on Haynes -- sources indicated Thursday afternoon the Rebels were "close" -- I'm not sure where they'll turn, though I'll repeat: There's another wave of guys getting in the portal after bowls/CFP losses. Tennessee, Clemson and Texas are teams to watch once they lose.

There's a report Ole Miss is entertaining Kent State DE Kameron Olds this weekend. I'll work to confirm.

More as we get it. I'll be in and out of pocket today and mostly out of pocket tonight. The same applies to Chase, but we're got calls/texts out and we'll post what we hear.
