I talked to someone very close to the LSU program today. He said LSU is concerned about Ole Miss' progress with Boutte, La., RB Alfred Blue. The Tigers, according to my source, believe it's 50-50. They're worried enough to have offered Frank Gore's cousin, Miami, Fla., RB J. Gore, and to have really stepped up their pursuit of five-star Temple, Texas, RB Lache Seastrunk.
