Plumbers feel free to tell me I'm wrong and just lucky, but I dealt with frozen pipes for this first time this morning and seemed to escape without disaster.

Faucets on south side of house had trickle of cold, no hot. Faucets on north side of house had no flow. I closed the main valve about 75%, turned on all Faucets to where if they were flowing they would have been a trickle mix of hot and cold, and blew a hair dryer on the cold water supply hose (pex) to the tankless heater for about 15 mins. It was the only exposed hose I could find in the attic so it was kind of my only option. Slowly 1 by 1 I started hearing the Faucets flow. Interestingly the ones on the north side started first.

Learned my lesson though, will trickle Faucets overnight from here on out when it gets this cold.
