Well it's complicated, common sense folks believe that touchy feely liberalism with it's reliance on "counseling" and "psychology" has eroded the concepts of right and wrong in our society and turned immoral behavior that is the responsibility of the actor into a sickness that needs "treatment." So, no one is really to blame for anything! It's pure genius. No one has to feel bad or experience guilt. We're all the same really. We all have our "sicknesses" that need treatment.
So, finding this attitude and its consequences on society to be egregious, conservatives - often unsophisticated to be sure - castigate the weirdo liberals that have done all they can to attack traditional morality and remove the concepts of guilt, moral responsibility and punishment from our society.
Personally, I think this a property crime. Sort of like vandalism. Pigs aren't people. This behavior is not common but it is not unheard of either. How many sheep or goat screwing jokes have you heard in your life? Hell, I bet you can find porn site devoted to videos of just this sort of thing.
Ridicule the guy. Make him pay a fine. Don't assume that he is now a pedophile. Don't go out to the barn with him either though. . .
