I have to report that it was a pretty damn good experience. The steaks were perfectly cooked (I got a 14oz filet) and the apps and sides were good. I probably will get a baked potato instead of the au gratin next time since they’re done with cheddar, but outside of that I had zero complaints. Everyone in the party enjoyed their meal. The skillet cookie with ice cream was excellent to end the meal.
I say this after I was fairly critical of Tico’s in general around their opening. We will most certainly be back. I think it’s easily already the best steakhouse in town.
