High school soccer shoutout

I would like to give a shoutout to my daughter and Northwest Rankin High Scool Girls soccer. This is her senior year. I posted on here last year after she was in a car wreck and broke her neck. She missed most of her junior season and only made it back in time for playoffs last year. She, like Carson, was also selected to the All Star team for her senior year. Northwest girls beat Tupelo yesterday for back to back State Titles. My daughter’s class has won 3 titles in 4 years. Been a great run. I also wanted to give another shoutout to @Neal McCready for your article. I held off on reading it until after the state championship cause I knew it would kill me. (BTW, it did🤣). Great work Neal. I have loved your takes on high school soccer over the past few years and, since our kids are in the same grade, I’ve been riding right along with you. My daughter is going to play at Holmes next year so that has softened the blow, but it’s still hard to close the chapter on something she has put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into. It goes fast my friend!
