Home theater help

I’m looking at turning a room into a movie room/home theater. I’d like a 100 plus inch screen but beyond that I don’t know anything about what type to get (laser vs projector vs ?), what brands are good etc.

I’d also like advice on what sound systems are good.

Lastly is there anyone in or around Oxford who installs home theaters? TIA
