I shouldn’t have to put his name.
2. Luke Fickell. (20%)
He gets the first call. Make him say no.
Probably won’t take the job, he’s had his pick of every open job in the country the last 2 years and didn’t leave.
3. Sean Peyton (-50000%)
Again, I shouldn’t have to put his name.
4. Urban Meyer (-1000)
Isn’t happening.
These are the only 4 home-run hires at the moment
The following are much more likely candidates
Very good, borderline elite
3. Mike Gundy (80%)
I love gundy more than most, he’s changed his offense numerous times, and continues to win. He has won 10 or more 7 times since 2010, and he wins with less talent. Recruiting is a problem at ok state, but I believe ok state is holding him back.
There have been rumors recently he wants out.
4. Sonny dyches (65%)
He’s 11-0 at fvcking TCU. I know nothing about tcu, but I feel like he could get a hefty raise there.
Edit: if TCU makes the cfb playoff, Dyches is obviously coaching them there, so he won’t be the hire if that happens
5. Matt Rhule (90%)
Unemployed, turned a dumpster fire Baylor around very quickly, and won at fvcking Temple.
Has said recently “I’d give anything to be on the sidelines right now.”
6. Mike norvell (55%)
He’s 16-16 at fsu, and they wanted to fire him earlier this year. But he’s turned that around with wins. So maybe he wants out? He has fsu with a top 15 recruiting class now. KC had him as #1 candidate in 19.
7. Lance Leipold (80%)
He’s winning at fvcking Kansas. KANSAS.
8. Dave aranda (40%)
Everything I’ve read says how much he wants to build something at Baylor
