Of course it's hard to judge coaches by verbal communication alone, but when a guy can bridge thoughts and speak intelligently about the game and process, it usually translates to the field.
The first time I head him speak I immediately thought of the first time I heard Justin Fuente speak.
A future WAOM moment could be removing the interim tag from Luke and watching Longo become a successful P5 head coach within the next five years. And yes, I understand there currently isn't a path to give Longo the job here right now. He just got here from Sam Houston, etc.
