be serious in stopping the violations all they have to do is make every school include in every coaches contract that violations which are found to be true deems that coaches contract is nullified including any buyout clauses. Cheating done!

You are under the assumption that the NCAA has any control anymore. Exactly what penalty did they give UNC for it's decade long scandal? The power 5 should break away from the NCAA anyway. It isn't there to help the big boys it's there to keep things fair for the little guy
