Don't post in this thread. Blah blah blah.
Blinn CC wide receiver Philander Moore committed to Utah several days ago, but he's visiting Ole Miss officially today and hopes to make a decision by Saturday. Neal talked to Moore and will have a story up late this morning.
Moore told Neal, "I'm really lost right now, to be honest."
It looks like both Nick Brassell and Tobias Singleton will make public announcements during Saturday's game. I can't find a person that believes Brassell will announce to anyone but Ole Miss on Saturday. From following Twitter, it looks like several MSU writers are saying the same. As for Singleton it's still mixed. Like Neal mentioned last night, we've been told by some normally very strong sources that Singleton will choose Ole Miss, but we have no additional confirmation and aren't reporting that. REPEAT WE AREN'T REPORTING THAT. Just telling you what we're hearing. I honestly don't know for sure what he's going to do. Nothing will surprise me. And, like I wrote yesterday, since both players are taking visits after this weekend, it's not the end of the road either way.
Hazelhurst native Gabriel Gray has set up an official visit to Ole Miss for Jan. 28. My guess is he's a possible walk-on maybe. He has some fringe professional baseball possibilities, and his grades aren't great, from what I've been told. I know absolutely nothing more.
Andrew Buie hasn't said much about Ole Miss lately, but he at least mentioned the Rebels in this story by Chris Nee.
Buie says he'll visit Louisville Jan. 14 and Auburn Jan. 21. Then, he'll likely make one other visit to Arkansas, Tennessee or Ole Miss.
