When talking about the DNA of Freeze. Totally agree. Man he loves his players and feels for every one of them. I have no doubt that he wished RB or DK could have won the job. I think he is very connected to not only the player but their families.
I also think Freeze has a plan and he has had extensive talks with all 3 QBs and even team leaders about the situation. Freeze isn't a dumb guy and I think really studies and thinks about the physchological side of the game.
