Both taking new jobs. I personally think neither will, not because of their abilities, but because both are dysfunctional franchises.
I know it’s in their coaching DNA to think they can fix it, but I think if I was that successful I would wait for almost any other opportunity outside of maybe the Browns, Jags or Panthers, in addition to these two.
