I worked with Mike Davis ( MSU RB '92) Deuce's Cousin, we all rode to the auburn game the following year in a convoy with Deuce's Mom and family. They hated him They all said he just left in middle of the night and never said even so much as bye to the players . If Memory serves I believe the players refused to shake his hand post game .
I guess family could have all been emotional and were wrong but they seemed legit . R. Miller can correct me if I am wrong
