How do you handle a coach that was handed everything he needed and still came up short?
Assuming we beat State with our backups, we would finish 9-3, but that is underachievement. Does Keith treat it like the usual “good” season and do a raise and extension? Does he treat it like the underachievement it is and just offer an extension, no raise? Does he play hard ball and tell Kiffin he has a contract already, no need to renegotiate?
