If I remember correctly it was 3-4 minutes left in the game. Both teams had 3 timeouts left. Most thought Kentucky would punt being at their own 20 on 4th and somewhat long.
First coaching blunder of the season for Lane. Stop them there and game is over. Call time-out with the lead in hand for the "play of the game" next time. Especially when surprised they were going for it.
