so you have a guy on your staff, who was a freshman all American and 2 time all SEC middle linebacker, who’s coaching a group that has underperformed (d-line) and your next hire is a inside linebacker coach. I’m scratching my head here, trying to figure out why it’s nit a natural move to put Roach in the lb room and hire a solid d-line coach that has worked in the 3-4 scheme
