NC had some O today. Glad for him as I don't think he got a fair shake personally. He was came in under Freeze and had to coach under Luke and he produced Offense! We had no Defense and he got the heat. Anyway, he went to a bowl today and we are picking shit with the chickens. Congrats to him and thank you EM.

His offense is actually terrible. No screens, no short routes, no crossing patterns, no TE usage, and pitiful red zone design. Other than that they’re pretty good.

And you forgot against SEC defenses too many three and outs. Just think of the wr talent he and Luke squandered.

I agree with OP. I liked Longo's style of ball. It was more interesting than what we just watched in 2019, that's for sure.

There are legit criticisms of it... mainly underachieving against elite defenses. Yet in most games, we had a chance to win. If our defense in 2018 was even average, the outcome of the season would have been much different. People who act like he was an awful coach are not being objective. Room for improvement? For sure... But bad coach? That's a stretch.
