With 11 seconds left he runs a 12th man on the field just before the snap, essentially doubling the WR on that side of the field. Reasoning is that it significantly decreases the chance of a big play while also running 5 seconds off the clock there. Costs them 5 yards, but at that point it's pretty irrelevant. They get the penalty but leave tOSU still well out of FG range, and only 6 seconds left. tOSU runs out of time and loses there.
