Why? In personal life or any business deal would anyone enter into such a one sided agreement? I have no problem with huge rewards for success but no provision for failure. Win great rewards and lose great rewards. I thought for a contract to be legal it had to be fairness to both sides. This is public money and donations which should be treated with respect and not just wasted. This agent business has a funny smell. Why was Mike given such a large one-sided contract when he has no other offers ? I have to be missing something.
