The gorilla would kill the Komodo fairly quickly, but if the Komodo bit him even once ( which it would ) the gorilla would die. It's not venom but some type of bacteria or something in the saliva that would kill the gorilla several days later which would mean that you'd have to bring in a replacement fighter I guess?
