He said something that I found interesting:
“You gotta earn the right to play well. Are you spending enough time in the gym working on your game or do we have to beg you to get in the gym? …. I’m not sure right now everybody deserves to play well.”
If you watch Beard’s interviews, you know this is absolutely not a problem with our team. I am so confident that we have a guy that is building a great culture and guys know they have to work their asses off when they get here. Give him whatever he wants and let’s see how high this program can go.
