I have to lose some weight and have been kinda sorta following your progress in running. Congrats on the weight loss and marathons by he way. How did you get into running and what would be your suggestion for someone that has started to get back into exercising again after more years then I would care to admit not taking care of myself. Oh for the record I am between 45 and 50 and about 30 pounds to the bad on the weight scale.
