at Ole Miss. She can't use her scholarships/loans because she is not a citizen. She wants to become a citizen but said she has to become a resident first. I really don't understand how all of this works. Anyone on her that can shed some light on this and direct me as to how to help her would be appreciated. She's a nice kid that works hard. She's been in US since she was 2. Please don't make this into a political thread. I need real answers to try to help her. Thanks
