Is the NIL process open for review, and regulated or is it just a name given to a system of paying players. I know the school do not directly provide the money but the players are still under NCAA regulations. We hears about schools have an amount is their NILs but is this a real number or just BS.Is a paper trail required. Does the NIL system replace the need for payments under the table and cheating? How programs with very limited NIL bring in players over schools with much more NIL money to spend.I could probably go on forever. Thanks
