Seems like the lawyer is trolling you big time. If OM makes the donation and apologizes the expensive lawsuit and bad press from it goes away, BUT if they do then they're basically openly admitting that they lied to the NCAA, the media and their fans.

I suspect the lawyer has a third option in mind, but before he offers it he wants the university to realize how much they've backed themselves into a corner...

It wasn't denied. The judge just dismissed it so that it could be refiled in the proper jurisdiction.

OM will be paying all the bills, it's representatives lied about most of the infractions happened under his watch, they did not. Not like a criminal case, doesn't have to be proven with no reasonable doubt. OJ was aquitted of killing Nicole and Ron, but was ordered to pay in the wrongful death suit. Bringing Nutt into this has already cost OM it's beloved coach, the cost in dollars will be in the millions. Hope buying all those recruits were worth it,

I ain't bitching, i am making light of OM, I honestly hate its happened to the fans, most had nothing to do with what has happened. But OM and Freeze lied to you guys at every opportunity, they lied to recruits for years. Freeze lost control of the program and was blind to when some members needed help with personal issues. He isn't on the level of Briles or Paterno, but he was on the next rung now and the one in charge. How will OM respond to his and Barney's statements at the hearing should be a big concern. Freeze's career is all but over, Barny's is over, will they go quietly ad accept full responsiblity, or will they be disgruntled former employees who, in Barny's case was lied to, and go full exposure of what went on and will Freeze say everything was his decision, or he was following orders to win at all cost, or will he follow his normal path and say he prayed about it and was doing what the Lord told him to do? He is such a fraud, instead of a show cause, he should get a disqualification.
