Why is it that taking PEDs does not equal a team vacating a win? But if a player receives a benefit of some sort (a loaner car, perhaps?), and plays, the games in which he plays are vacated? Both are against the rules. But how is getting an additional benefit off the field more severe from a team perspective than someone getting an additional benefit on the field?
