I got to thinking about this when I saw a tweet by an FSU fan wishing Malone good luck at Ole Miss. If they think they are out of it, and the latest insiders seem to say they are third, I think they would prefer losing him to us than Jimbo Fisher. I in no way think FSU likes us, but I do think they might negative recruit A&M if they feel they are out.
One other thing, great call on baseball today, Guys. Vandy does scare me with those two first round pitchers, but I believe on paper this may be our best team ever-or at least Bianco’s best. I can think of no other year where we could have freshmen like some some this year who aren’t immediate starters. We have great starting pitching, a deep bullpen, solid starters everywhere, amazing power and an embarrassment of riches in depth. If this is not an Omaha year, I am afraid I will never see another!
