I was offered a job, one that I likely can’t pass up, in the Orlando area. I haven’t given an answer yet but I’m trying to do a little research on the area first. We’ve been in our current location for only a year, love our house and price point/location etc but such is life.
-I have 3 kids (6, 4, 6 months)
-Would be working near MCO (Airport)
-I have heard good things about Winter Park/Winter Garden
-May actually try to rent for the first time because job may last 3 years or potentially less if we sell earlier and I’ve owned/sold 4 homes in the last 6 years; or will move to DFW when we open up 2nd location and would look to buy there.
Any help is appreciated since I know very little about Orlando to be honest.
